The second estimate for pruning and removing trees came in at only $1,500. He is the same guy that cousin #2 used for her tree removal. I am using his service.
I was MIA another day. I slept on and off all morning yesterday. I was so tired. I can do all the Notifications today; but I think I'm 5 days behind with Discussions. I don't know how long it will take me to catch up there.

Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken stir fry, rice, mixed veggies, carrots, mini vanilla wafers
Dessert/Snack - Low salt nuts
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie stix, blueberries
4/23/26
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - BBQ Pork patty sandwich, cheesy potatoes, beets (YUCK), banana
Dessert/Snack - Low salt nuts
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie stix, yogurt

It's $500 cheaper than the first estimate. I'm quite pleased.

I wouldn't worry at all about playing catch up on here
I've been at it all night and still not caught up
Got home and found over 100 comments and replies were waiting for me.
I knew about the $1500 quote
Oh I remember what we ate last night

I went over the river to Clarksville and had a chicken taco salad at Chuy’s. I had a chicken Asian noodles Lean Cuisine meal for dinner, with fiber and apples and applesauce and yogurt!

That's a much better estimate for the trees and also that he did a job for your cousin
I'm just having my breakfast Dannon lite yogurt (toasted marshmallow) a Legendary protein pop tart (cinnamon) and cantaloupe

Yes, especially since I have to have the house painted and the outside work done with the coach lights, post lamp and Ring doorbell.

I’m glad you managed to get some rest. Wish it was more but thankful you were able to sleep some.
When you own a home and have any kind of yard, there is always something that has to be done and it’s just never cheap. I’m glad to hear you found someone to do the work for you. That does include hauling away all of the tree debris,right?

Here in my area it's usually included, but there are a few companies that have an extra charge for hauling it all away. I mean...why wouldn't that be expected, but evidently it isn't always the way.
