I am so tired of it. Remember when I had that weird condition for like a week? Where I felt weak, foggy, and had a big time nausea? Well, I have it again. I think it is caused by anxiety. I just get to feeling so much anxiety that I think I make myself sick. Sick enough to last for about 5-7 days. Isn't that pathetic? I can't think of anything else it could be. Last time I had it I was feeling overwhelmed by too many people coming around. My social anxiety kicked in.
Oh woe is me.
Yes, I just Googled it and it can do just that. Darn you anxiety!

When Yvonne gets anxious she reports similar feelings and symptoms as you are here
What anti anxiety meds are you on?

I take Hydrohyzine and it calms me but doesn't take it away. It usually puts me to sleep.

@celticeagle In my case it is given a hard time staying asleep at night sometimes.

My brother has to take medication and lie down to “decompress” after he goes to the grocery store occasionally, that’s how bad his social anxiety is!

Be careful, that "foggy feeling" may not be anxiety. You're in bed most of the time, right? Check out the symptoms for Adult onset Hydrocephalus and compare them to symptoms for anxiety. They both cause those symptoms.
Since I started falling a lot (over a year now), I stay in bed most of the time and am having those symptoms, too. You might talk to your doctor about that.

Sorry you are going through that. Anxiety is the worst. Speaking from experience, though I just try to ignore it.
