Was your hair a different color when you were young?

I don't mean going gray after having dark hair color, but more like being blonde or redheaded and your hair turning dark. My hair was always the same color, but sis was blonde until she was about 11 and it turned dark..one of my cousins had red hair until about the same age and it turned dark. My son had some blonde wisps until he was about 1. One of my nephews was blonde until about 4 or 5..My dad was blonde as a youngster..I could go on. What about you..natural hair color change ever happen to you?

@LooeyVille Ha,you look like you're trying too hard. You know like when someone is taking your picture and says smile..when you don't want to, either that or surprised .back to the drawing board

My hair was lighter when I was younger, then just gradually got dark. Now it is dark with lots of gray. My dad was a "cotton top" as an infant, and as an adult his hair was dark brown almost black.

It is funny how that happens..it is just other dark pigments coming out I think. Babies have less of them typically.

I was a blond child then my hair just got a dark brown, I colored it all sorts of colors as a teenager, Finally as an adult I settled for red hair. When I got to Florida I had to save money and stopped coloring my hair expecting it to become white like my grandmother had, Instead it has gone back to dark brown with a white patch on my bangs,

My hair has been medium to dark brown all my life except for the times I colored it..It is gray now if not colored.
Only black for me

I was blonde until about age 13, when I hit puberty, then my hair went dark. My brother, who is 2 years younger than me, also had blonde hair, but his hair stayed blonde.

I turned grey headed when I 1st said "I do" now I'm totally white headed
after 38 yrs of marriage lol, amazing how that works.

Happens with Caucasians quite a bit..or those who have some of the blood.
