Another month come and gone, I am glad of this..because I can't wait until it is fall again. Once we suffer through the summer it will be here..although it may not cool off for awhile,,,if the super El Nino prediction is correct, although it may affect us differently. In other weather babble, they threatened us with storms yesterday all day and all night, and I don't think we got a drop..say what? Finally off to the bank today, and I will do a check on gas prices. I may put some in my gas can, as they are to rise again, and already have in some places..How high will they go, who knows?

That’s great that those storms did not hit there. We are still picking up limbs and stuff and people are cleaning up from ours.
Fall is and has always been my favorite season!! I look forward to it all summer long and I am always sad when it’s over. I don’t do well with extreme temperatures. And we are predicted to have a horribly hot summer,ugh!

Ours may be cool and wet, but who really knows? They seem to change the forecast everytime you look.

Last summer we had it super hot for quite some time. Many crops were affected, and it was very dry with wildfires. I hope we do get more rain and it stays cooler, but that hardly ever happens and I am not holding my breath over it.

I hope it doesn't go too high! But I'm afraid that it may.
36 years ago today I went into labor with my only daughter. She was born at 11:11 the next morning, so on May 1.

Once it gets hot here, it will probably stay hot here for 3 or 4 months, I am hoping for wet though instead of hot which may happen.

I don't think we've seen the last of the rising gas prices. I'm sure they will continue to go up but it's anyones guess how high.
I'm not rushing summer but I do enjoy Fall weather. Today we have morning rain, chilly and it certainly feels more like Oct than April. Hopefully May will bring some nice weather without heat & humidity

I am lucky in that way, because the cheapest stations are usually the ones closest to me, however, the price jumped up now of course so it is the same as the ones in town.

My dad has a card that gets him twenty cents off a gallon, and then he pays off the card at the end of the month. I was telling him about Upside, and he was telling me he didn’t need it.
I’m glad to have a fellow Mylotter look forward to fall with me. Technically, I prefer winter since in December last year it was in the high 80s, but I’ll settle for fall.

Yes, I may do a fall countdown at some point. Even though spring is nice, it is hard for me to enjoy it because I know what comes next.
