We are actually at home

I made a whole pot of coffee, not just a pod. Bob is enjoying it as well. I bet he goes for a nap soon, though.
Again today it is supposed to rain. We shall see. It is pretty nice outside right now.
It is the last day of the month, and I do not have any real news.That is also okay.
I am trying to think about a good home style lunch. We shall see. I also may go out on some errands if he naps. Or maybe not.
Personally I am trying to get on my exercise bike more often as it helps me not have leg pain when I sleep. I need to use it every day.
I cannot take care of Bob if I do not take care of me.
I will be here off and on today.

I already made chicken salad for our lunch this afternoon. It's in the fridge now cooling down.
It's cloudy here but we aren't supposed to get any rain today. Our temp outside is 62F right now. The high is supposed to reach 64F. We shall see.
I need more exercise than I'm getting but I'd like to go walking but don't want to wait until late at night to go out.

No, you can't take care of Bob if you don't take care of yourself. My biggest problem in the caregiver thing is getting enough sleep. I have been trying very hard to improve that problem and am doing better. It's hard to function on little or no sleep!
An at-home day here as well and I am so happy about that. Cloudy, rainy and cool. Enjoy your coffee and your at-home day, Heather!
