Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 44 degrees F and clear here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 62. These temperatures are supposed to persist for the next 2 weeks or so. I am beyond ready for warmer weather!
I had a difficult time falling asleep last night. I even did almost an hour of yoga nidra. I had a crazy dream that I can remember a lot of. (for now) I woke up with a wicked headache and thinking it was Saturday. Nope.
Today is another day here. Breakfast, clinical session, lunch, holistics, and then we are free until tomorrow morning. This morning instead of meditation before the clinical session we have acupuncture. That isn't mandatory--you can go to the gym or just nap instead. I like to do it though. Even if the needles don't do anything I enjoy sitting in the zero-gravity chairs with the relaxing music and aromatherapy.
No big plans for the late afternoon or evening. What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning. It is 45F in my part of Missouri this morning with partly cloudy skies but no rain in the forecast. Our high today is 62F.
We don't have any plans for the day. I hope you enjoy your day.

I am on hold with the IRS, which is a bit contradictory to the post I just made. I guess I called back enough times I am now in a queue that is less than 60 minutes, so they will put me on hold instead of asking me to call back later or Monday.

It’s 48 in Terre Haute. I’m here on a secret mission to destroy the files Columbia House has on all those people who still owe them for those records they bought in the 70s by the mail order system Columbia House ran.
