Years ago I found out about this Weight Watchers dessert and I love it. It is simple to make with a tub of cool whip (I used zero sugar) canned pumpkin, sugar free vanilla pudding and canned in the juice pineapple. I only had fresh so I used that this time. This is super delicous and about 50 calories per severing for a manageable dessert. There is also a butterscotch apple salad which uses the cool whip, but apples and sugar free butterscotch pudding. Who says low calorie has to be bad? Do you know any tasty low calorie desserts?

There are lots of zero sugar desserts around...or you can make a baked apple in the microwave with low calories butter and brown sugar etc. If you are interested, look up some weight watchers recipes.

It really is good, and probably pretty healthy with the pumpkin and fruit.

I make one similar one for the son sometimes since he is diabetic. I use sugar free puddings and he loves it. I like your ideas, I am going to ask him if any of them sound good to him. Thanks for this.

I have made the full calorie version of this, minus the pineapple. How much pineapple do you put in, and do you drain it?

There’s a sugar-free apple pie filling (canned) that’s 30 calories for a serving. I can eat half the can for one Weight Watchers point!
