Not Much Happening On This Sunny Thursday

Happy Thursday Everyone! it's a sunny morning here and looks like a nice day ahead. Since it's Thursday I'm kind of surprised that the lawn crew isn't here. They're usually my Thursday morning wake up once the mowing season starts.
Before my day gets officially started I'm enjoying my coffee and trying to catch up a bit here. Our internet provider has been doing upgrades so our internet has been going out here and there for the past few days. It's been a bit frustrating since there's no set time and I can be in the middle of something and wham, it's out. I hope the upgrades show a significant difference for the money we pay every month.
I'm expecting a few things from Amazon today so that will be the highlight of my excitement. 
Otherwise it's just an ordinary Thursday.

Today is better than yesterday, at least. I was dizzy yesterday and even taking a dizziness pill didn't work. I fell once on the carpet so didn't get hurt but Pretty and I didn't get to eat steak for late lunch yesterday, either. She won't cook steaks. 
I fell asleep after she helped me back into bed and slept until 2 am early this morning.

I'm glad you're better than yesterday but still sounds horrible that you're dealing with all this dizziness and falling so often.

Hope you find some new books when you visit the library.
I saw that one of the authors I like has a new book out and when I went to Amazon to see I realized I'm 5 books behind in his series, I can't read fast enough these days

It's sunny here, too, but only 11°C and breezy. Even so, neighborette across the street is in shorts. Must be from the North Pole. My internet was spotty yesterday, too. I have a 1pm appt to get a B12 shot, but other than that, I have no plans for the rest of the day.

I used to get B12 shots and I remember they hurt, Hope your shot doesn't hurt.
Some people never dress according to the weather. My son in law wears shorts all winter long.

Oh, had I only known that you were having a quiet day with potential internet outages, I would have had my hubs stop by to pick you up to come along with us and the babies to get discount gasoline at over .50/L cheaper because it was near/on a reservation.
The girls serenaded us the entire way there and back, singing Old McDonald, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and a number of other favorites of theirs. You would have had a ball, listening to them sing and giggle.

I would have been delighted to join you for your day out. I probably would have joined in the sing-a-long too. Boy do I miss the days when my grandkids were little.

I'm expecting a couple things today too :) yard sale stickers and some things for the shop. I'm pretty excited for the weekend right now I have to make it through today. Tomorrow my weekend starts

I didn't sleep well, but that's not unusual for me. Our lawn crew is out mowing and trimming right now, too. They were coming every Friday, but it's been over two weeks since they were here, as we had so much rain they couldn't mow. It's super windy today but the sun has made an appearance, which is nice. We haven't had much sunshine lately.
Not up to any excitement here, which is more than fine with me. I have a short appointment at 1:30 PM, and one other errand after that. I have a batch of chicken soup in the crock pot for later, and made extra to freeze. Son likes homemade chicken soup, and so do I. I have a load of laundry going. I've probably sucked down enough coffee, but just in case, I am having another cup to be sure!

Our lawn care crew is here now. They need to finish up mulching our patio area because they forgot to do it last week. They do a great job on mowing the grass. We have a new vendor this year.

Our crew showed up this afternoon. Our crew is fairly new the last year or so but they don't do as good a job as our previous one. I'm guessing it all came down to finances
