Why Brazil? My son lived there for 5 years and other than the cost of living, he wasn't really crazy about it.

I would ho for somewhere warm , not too hot, maybe by the seaside, with room for animals and land to grow fruit and veggies.
I would be interested to here where in the UK you would move to….and why !
