Free KFC …..that’s lunch sorted ……

I use the KFC app …. Comes in quite useful as we have it sometimes on a Friday and the Grandkids usually want some when we have them for the weekend.
There is a pinball game that you can play when you have spent £3. You don’t always win anything but as I can play the game quite often I do get plenty of freebies.
At the moment I have a freebie of 2 pieces of chicken.
I am going to have a day out to a nearby town and whilst there I shall go and claim my free chicken.
Freebie lunch ….and one of my favourite things too ….

I just have a TeleHealth appointment today. I plan on resting my shoulders as much as I can.

Apart from KFC fast food is not for me either …. I love cooking and would rather do my own healthy versions…..

The KFC in our small city closed during the pandemic and is a Taco Bell now. I don't eat very much Mexican food so we've never been there.
As far as I know, we'll be cleaning house, getting ready for the inspection on Thursday.

Yes….you spend £3 online, drive thru or in store and you play the pinball game ….its really good.

When I was younger it was a treat maybe twice a year…..being with The Mister changed that. Unfortunately, the Grandkids diet consists mainly of ‘junk food’. It’s what their Mom has given them….now it’s got to the point they say they won’t eat anything else, so they are given it.
That’s not the way I work and in our house they eat properly ….and although their Mom would disbelieve it …..they do eat it and they do enjoy it ….AND they ask for it too.
For me . It’s the only junk food I do eat and it is real chicken so it’s the lesser of the evils ….LOL.
