My weight has been on a wild journey since COVID hit, I stopped going to the gym, and I've encountered health issues. At one point it was up to the staggering amount of 259 pounds but has leveled off at between 170 and 180 pounds over the past few years. I don't stress about the exact number as long as my clothes still fit.
Anyway I wasn't here for 2 months. I was at a place where we were fed 3 square meals a day and all of the snacks we wanted. I wasn't thrilled to see that I had crossed that 180 pound threshold when I got back. Now I'm back to work, running around (instead of spending most of the day in a chair), and eating less.
So I'm back down to 170 pounds. I've been eating a lot of fruit and vegetables lately. My body always knows and craves what it needs so these days it seems to be watermelon and cantaloupe.

Yum, watermelon!! I like fruit in the summer.
Glad you’re losing/controlling the weight! One less thing to worry about.

Weight loss is great so you are able to walk around without the fear of falling down as well as preventing diabetes.

I lost a few pounds when I had my operation. I'm hoping I can keep the weight off.
