Another month drawing to a close. May has been a nice month around here except for all that rain. That was a bit much. As much as I hate the summer I am anxious to get it underway so it can be fall again, my favorite season. How do you feel about May's ending?

I'm dreading all the HOT summer months. I don't tolerate extreme heat well.

Not sure what your temps will be, but the super El Nino is supposed to give us below average temps this summer. I just pray they are right.

@snowy22315 - Today is a bit less hot, from Monday it should be a more normal weather. It's still too early for summer heat.

May has been having what we call June Gloom, so maybe won't have it in June. A cloudy dark day the past week. Its not cloudy today, so looks like a good day for gardening.

@snowy22315 I am planning to visit a plant nursery today, so will have something new to plant. Trying to decide what would be good to eat this year. My yard has strawberries, blueberries and a lemon tree already.

I find myself dreading those hot days. I just don’t do well at all in extreme heat. I hope for an early and lengthy Fall, it’s my favorite season as well!
