What are your must-have condiments?

Sriracha is my absolute go-to condiment! I put it on almost everything—using it as a dip for my fries instead of ketchup or mayonnaise, and stirring it into my spring roll sauce, dumplings, noodles, and even noodle soups. It's a mildly spicy sauce made from chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. My husband, on the other hand, can't eat a meal without his piri-piri hot sauce.

For that it really depends on what I am eating. Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salsa etc. I try not to eat too much ketchup though, it has a lot of sugar in it.

@Shasha_ Tacos or anything with a Mexican vibe. It is really good with eggs too.

@snowy22315 Right? Mexican food wouldn't be complete without salsa. I dip my tortilla chips in it too. Do you always buy yours?

That is so smart of you to keep an eye on the sugar in ketchup! It really is sneaky.
Matching the condiment to the exact meal is the absolute best way to eat!
What is your absolute favorite meal to pair with salsa? Or are you more team mayo and mustard?

I do like siriacha, but I wouldn’t say it was a go to for me. I’m not sure I have a go to. Some weirdos just emptied my entire fridge, and I have yet to fully stock back up, but I did get salsa and mustard. I don’t put them together, of course
. Salsa though, is very versatile.

Salt is indispensable, but I don't like anything without chilly, green or red.

I don't have any special condiments but I do like mustard & relish with some
catchup & mayo mixed together for a small salad or on a hamburger for lunch.
