Well right on time for summer, the humidity has kicked up today. It was so nice without it! Anyway, going to Yoga today after a long respite. I haven't gone for more than a month. She was off for two weeks and then we had all the rain..then it was Memorial Day. Today will be a good day to get back in the saddle...or on the chair since it is chair yoga. I have other things I could be doing..but this takes precedence. What is going on in your world

It sounds like you have a good plan. I have to wait for maintenance, but hopefully, it won’t take all day. I also need to get my dad to call the people who cleaned my apartment. I think they threw away something important (besides the medicine), and someone needs to ask them about it if he doesn’t want me talking to them. You would not believe what I think they threw away.

Happy Monday! I have a follow-up visit with my doctor about my left hip, which has not improved at all, unfortunately. I'll probably have to join you in chair yoga!

@snowy22315 I've only been about three times. A couple of the ladies do chair yoga. They are very simple exercises but the stretching is good for me I'm sure.

i didn't know you were a yoga person, that's great. i do yoga in my apartment, some exercises. it's funny how it's june 1 and it's monday.

Nothing exciting here today. Just the usual stuff to do around the house (boring)
It's really nice here today but doesn't feel very humid so hopefully I can spend some time outside this afternoon,

Yesterday I had to work in the front yard. Sunday a guy came to ground the tree stumps so I helped clean it up. I also ordered a new phone.
