I taught a kid how to do a front flip yesterday evening!

Of course I miss Horse Jr. We spoke the other day, and he is doing well. He is 17 now and has his own pick-up truck (my influence). Yesterday, at the pool, I met a kid who was swimming away in the shallow end. When I jumped in, we started talking. He was about eight years old. I told him I was going to try a front flip near the middle of the pool. I asked him to let me know if it looked like I had done it successfully. Of course, he asked me to show him how to do a front flip. He succeeded, and I then showed him how to do a front flip dive into the pool. I had fun with him, but it made me miss Horse Jr. Maybe I'll give him a call today. It seems like only yesterday I was teaching Horse Jr. to do front flips in the pool. Now he is a way better swimmer than I am. How is your Monday shaping up? It is warm here, and I will try to get another swim in after music practice.

I’m sure Horse Jr. would love hearing from you again. I hope you do call him. My Monday has been okay, I guess. I found out not only did the people who cleaned (from our church) my apartment throw my $400 medicine away, but today I found out they threw away my mom’s ashes.

I'm glad you keep in touch with Horse Jr. Seventeen now and owns a truck. He's quite the young man. I'm glad you could teach another child to do a front flip in the pool.

I didn't get to work on my best friend's diamond painting yesterday. Instead I ordered a new phone and some stuff for the new phone. I also helped in the front yard. Sunday a guy came to ground two tree stumps.
