How often do you eat beans?

Eating plenty of beans is highly recommended! They’re true nutritional powerhouses, packed with plant-based protein, complex carbs, and fiber that are great for your heart, blood sugar, and weight management. That's why I try to serve them daily, or at least a few times a week. I toss them into chili, burritos, tacos, stews, soups, and even salads. I know there are countless other ways to cook with them, but I’m definitely not a master chef. Still, I’m happy with my simple cooking, and my husband loves them anyway!

They are tasty and economical, but I do not make them often enough. I need to do better.

My dad’s favorite meal is beans and cornbread, and if you throw in a ham hock that’s even better. I really like beans, but probably not as much as a lot of people.

Sometimes. Actually beans are available here in mainly winter. Sometimes I eat green beans with my dinner.

I like mung beans so much. I could eat it in whole week but only once a day.

Not daily, but a few times a week.
