Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 56 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 83. Sweet!
I slept okay last night. I took the Seroquel (sleep med) though so it was very difficult to get up when the alarm went off. Oh well. Soon the alarm will be off for the summer.
No big plans for today aside from the usual. What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning! That sounds like beautiful weather 83 and sunny is hard to complain about. Glad you got some sleep, even if getting up was a struggle.

Good morning! I think I’m taking some things for our youth group’s church garage sale over to my dad’s so he can bring it to the church. He won’t be there when I go, which is a bummer, but oh well. I’ll bring my dog with me so she can get out and about too. She hasn’t had too much prolonged time outside lately.

I am taking my son to an appointment out of town a bit later. Hopefully, it will be over before heavy traffic going home on the interstate I have to use...but I won't hold my breath on that.
My son takes Trazadone when he needs to, but not every night. It does wear off fairly quickly, but I suspect the dose isn't quite strong enough for him.
