How are all of you wonderful mylotters out in mylotl land? What's rockin your world today? Nothing going on here. I was just texting with the doctor's office. They want me to bring in a copy of my test results from the tick bite before they prescribe the epi pen. (Which not super sure the discount pharmacy will fill anyway..have to check They like to use their own docs ) Can't have me selling it or exhibiting drug seeking behaviors as if)although they are quite expensive. Something lifesaving like that should be free.

I hope you get your EpiPen. I didn't know that a tick bite could cause an allergic reaction so I learned something new here today.

@Marilynda1225 You test positive for exposure to the virus..which may or may not lead to a syndrome development..from that a few unlucky people go on to develop the allergy.

@snowy22315 I know ticks can cause a whole bunch of problems but I was surprised that an allergic reaction was one of them

A good day, we spent the morning out doing some errands. We stopped for a little shopping in Switzerland and now we are back home. That is insane, an epi pen should be give on request, just to keep people safe. I can buy on Amazon for $ 20 a pack of 2 epi-pens.

Did you see they are prescribing nasal sprays now that are like epipens? I saw a commercial for it yesterday. I’d still rather have an epipen since it’s so well proven over the decades. I’m going to do laundry today, and then make sure everything is charged. We’re supposed to have severe weather this weekend.

That sounds like a plan. We may have storms on Sunday. However, it sounds like they will be the not everyone will see them variety. I did not see the nasal ones.

I do hope it's free too but pharmaceutical companies really want to earn money.

The price is outrageous. Ask about the generic version. I think I have heard some places your prescription has to be for it to get it

I don't know anyone with an epipen here so I don't know if it's free or not. I hope you don't have any hassles getting it.

It isn't required, but would be nice to have for peace of mind. Those allergic to things like beestings and peanuts and so forth usually have them.

Epi pens are not cheap. Yes, they make you dance around now in order to get some medications. I hope it works out so that your insurance covers it all.

I have to carry an epi pen with me everywhere I go because of my many food allergies. Yes, they are EXPENSIVE but thankfully my health insurance covers it 100%
