Found …..sweet cinnamon powder ……

I have just come back from town and I have had another freebie ….
In a trolley ….someone had left a long receipt AND a jar of sweet cinnamon powder..
I don’t think that they saw it when unloading the trolley as it was half under the receipt.
Eagle eye Traceyjayne saw it …..
That will go nicely on my home made doughnuts …..
Gotta love a freebie …..

I got a freebie haul recently. Had a delivery from Walmart and there was an extra bag delivered that didn't belong to me. It was filled with fresh asparagus, cauliflower, shredded carrots, broccoli slaw and a cantaloupe. All things I like but never buy. Walmart said to keep it so we enjoyed that bag of fresh veggies this past week.
Glad you got that "free" cinnamon powder and I can just smell those doughnuts baking....yum!!

@Traceyjayne I wish I lived closer as I would sneak over and steal one of your doughnuts
We did enjoy our bag of free goodies. We ate a lot of salad this past week so it came in handy. I feel bad though for whomever was expecting that bag and didn't get it. I'm sure Walmart delivered again to them the same as they told us to keep what we got by mistake.

We love cinnamon. When you say ''sweet cinnamon powder'' is that just cinnamon mixed with sugars?

I think it is yes, I have regular cinnamon already so I think this is for cake dusting or topping for whipped cream on hot chocolate …..

Me too …..I saw it in the trolley and scooped it up with the receipt …i didn’t actually look to see what it was till I got home …..

I have been ‘ wombling ‘ for about a decade now …..oh no …just over …..
I just came back from town …..I had loads of Wombled receipts ….i can use them on Shoppix, SnapMyEats and Clear …..people just don’t realise how useful one receipt can be ….

It wouldn’t cost too much to buy it anyway. And I have regular cinnamon in my cupboard already …..but I love the fact that it was a freebie …… I can make good use of it …..
