@Jimbo45 I am going to get you a lizard. Take a picture. They usually so still when they on side walk but they running from me todays. I am the big bad wolf. I try hard not to disturb them but they always in my spot. This one looks pretty today. Getting older and bigger than the rest orange highlights. They look very grey young but when they get older they start to get their defining colors and its cool.

@Ineeddentures It is a French side dish, we love them. You boil the chicken, then when it is done, you put it under the broiler to brown it up and use the water to boil the homemade noodles and they thicken up and you have sliders.

Not super keen on steak, but with peppers and onions, sounds tasty. I try to only have chips once a week

@Ineeddentures - It rains, if it stops I walk to the close grocery store to see if I can find a good cut to make steaks with mushrooms.

@LadyDuck We found a really good online butcher so we tend to buy in bulk. I should walk to the local store but it's LIDL and Steaks aren't very good in there

Your dinner looks and sounds good. Today Meals on Wheels will have a meatloaf lunch. One of my least favorite meals!!! The ground beef is usually gristly and has an occasional bone chip.

Bits of Bone in it? That's not very good, is it? I wouldn't eat it.

That looks very good, although you have to cook the hell out of a rump steak to be able to chew it. I usually will braise it if I'm going to eat it. For dinner I made a chicken pineapple teriyaki stir fry served over hot, white, Jasmine rice. Good eats!

Lol The exact opposite To make a juicy and tender rump steak, allow it to come to room temperature before cooking, season it well with salt and pepper, and sear it in a hot pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking to ensure the juices redistribute for maximum flavor and tenderness. Your dinner sounds really good. I love chicken and pineapple from the Chinese and Jasmine Rice

Sounds interesting, though I'd only eat the chips lol. Had chicken cordon bleu for lunch, not a fancy one though. No clue what I'll eat later.

@Ineeddentures well a steak would be nice, I just wouldn't be a fan of the toppings lol. The Cordon bleu was okay, just a cheap store bought one. I need to make my Cordon bleu casserole sometime
