Why are some so called men so bloody sensitive

June 6, 2026 8:28pm CST
Why are some men so sensitive that they get offended by people actually speaking to them in a quite to the point manner. Why do they get offended by a little bit of sarcasm. Why are their fragile little egos hurt by real people saying stuff like it really is Why do they whine about it in public No wonder so many young women prefer other women to engage with

@Ineeddentures - They hide behind their Mom crying for help until they are 30.

@LadyDuck Aye And then it manifests itself when they can no longer contain within them the hurt their ego has endured by someone telling them something like it really is and they whine about it in public Pathetic

I don't think it's just men. Everyone wants to be offended anymore

Who knows why they're like this? I certainly don't. I've mostly put it down to the male ego.

Lol Well it can't be much of an ego when a bloke takes mere disagreement as reason to call someone rude and be offended and do so in public

Some men's balls never drop. I contend this is the issue.

I don't have a answer for you, but I know I have to be the 1 that speaks up for certain things when it comes to dr's cause he sure won't do it, & other important matters with him like his Va benefits & things you would think he'd be able to take care of but no, I'm the 1 that has to.

We all differ in so many ways and we cannot really expect others to be just like us Others get offended so easily while others are so thick skinned they really don't care at all.

Nah Toni An epidemic of overly sensitive men is what has happened Or maybe it's just trendy to be a prick and want to be offended We can't expect others to be like us But we can expect men to be men,

I have been avoiding sarcasm for a long while. It used to add spice to the conversation but I find people want to be diplomatic and politically correct. Gender based jokes were laughed off but that is a NO No now. Wives used to tease their husbands and vice versa but that is history.

Changed days indeed But methinks not for the better You can display sarcasm skills with me and I will be quite happy. Diplomacy and political correctness has it's place but so does straight talking and disagreement. As for gender based jokes, I quite like them. Most are in some way quite amusing, especially when men are on the receiving end
