A coworker has a mini-farm and keeps chickens, goats, ducks, etc. She often has more eggs than she knows what to do with. She texted me the other day to see if I wanted some. I said sure.
This morning she sent a student with THREE DOZEN duck eggs. Holy hell! What am I going to do with all of them?!?!
Ice cream for days!

Give a few to others you know and pay it forward. You can also go on an omelet frenzy. I think duck eggs are kind of dry personally

Maybe quiche? Deviled eggs? And of course, there is always ice cream.
I like egg salad in the summertime, too. Free protein, can't beat that deal!

Let me think... Cakes for staff at school, ice cream for neighbors and school kids, boiled eggs for your lunches...
I usually eat that many chicken eggs in a couple of weeks. I LOVE boiled or scrambled eggs.1 person likes this
