Are Gas Prices Really DOWN in the San Francisco Bay Area?

When I got back from Montana last Summer, gas prices were hovering around $4.50/gallon here in the Bay Area. The cynical among us joked that gas pries would be $5/gallon by the Fall. It turned out we were "right." Then we started joking about gas prices approaching $6.00 by late Winter. Oops. Right again. But, in the interest of fair journalism, I am reporting that we have suddenly experienced an eight percent decrease in gas prices here over the past couple of weeks Have gas prices gone down where you live?

Here in Manila, no. I doubt if it ever goes back to the prices before the war that orangehead started.

@TheHorse I hope justice does. Can't believe people voted for him again. He didn't have any solid accomplishments to show for during his first stint.

We live in odd times. Will Justice ever catch up to the orange one?

@TheHorse from the Internet I am reporting Daytona Beach recorded an average price of $3.77/gallon for regular gasoline. Today, the average cost of mid-grade gas is $/gallon, while premium gas recorded an average price of $4.45/gallon in Daytona Beach. What is the highest gas price in Daytona Beach? Today, the highest price of regular gasoline is $3.770/gallon.

Here in Raymond, WA, not yet. It's high here anyway, being a tiny town, but $6.79 is ridiculous. I don't drive much lately but hope it comes down for my trip to Oregon next month. It was lower there in April when I went.

@TheHorse It showed $6.19 today for regular. $7.15 for diesel. I'm driving very little making my gas last.

Ours went down for a couple of days, but they are climbing back up. The four stations closest to me today--two of them were $4.87, the other two were $4.95. We were at $4.99 for a long time.

I wonder why we are experiencing a "little dip."

@TheHorse The two stations closest to my home are back to $4.99 The prices change so often that even the gas buddy app can't keep up with it all. The only way to know for sure is to drive by or to go to the locations, it's nuts.

Gas prices went up but haven't changed much over the last few months. Everyone looks for the best price before filling up.
