How many times do you forget your phone?

This morning, I went to my dad’s house at 6:30am (I didn’t sleep well). They don’t care when I’m there, only that I don’t wake them up at any point. Around 7:30 they got up, and it was quite funny to see my dog scare the fire out of my dad when he stepped out of his bedroom door. Anyway, don’t get on to me; he eventually laughed too.
Anyway, he needed to borrow something from me so a couple hours later I headed out to meet him at my apartment. Only, as soon as I got home I realized I had forgotten my phone. As it is my only source of communication, I had to go back. I got what he wanted to borrow, then headed back to his house for my phone.
It’s only a 15 to 20 minute drive, but man, I hate when I forget my phone; back and forth. I so rarely do that. Do you often forget your phone?

I've forgotten my phone once when we were going to Walmart. I turned around halfway there and went back to get it. Pretty kept telling me we were just going to Walmart so I didn't need it. But if the car had broken down, then I'd have desperately needed it!
I also forgot it a couple of times when I was going to work. The first time I kept driving after I realized I'd forgotten it and spent the day bored out of my little gourd! The second time, I had just arrived at work when I realized I'd forgotten it so I drove home, got my phone and drove back to work. I used it to read books when I was taking breaks or lunch and didn't want to be bored silly again!
Now, if I'm leaving the house, you'll see me tapping my pockets to make sure I have my wallet, my phone and spare cash in my pockets before I lock my front door behind me.

Not too often, but generally when I do it is just a short trip so no biggie really.

When I forget it it is usually at home, although I did post a discussion about the fact that I forgot it at church on the pew one Sunday.

I don't ever forget my phone, mostly because it really is my lifeline for a lot of things, so I try to keep it near me. I used to be bad about remembering it, but my husband once needed to get ahold of me, and was really annoyed. After that, I got better at making sure I have it on me. Also, having my son old enough to be out without me has made me keep it on me in case something were to ever happen.

I don’t forget my phone, however a couple of months ago I went to Moms and slept overnight, and I didn’t take my phone charger. I thought my phone was fully charged and it would be okay til I got home the following day !
All I did was fret about it. I hardly used my phone as I could see the battery life going down and down ….
I even got The Mister to phone me on Moms landline not my mobile….
I will never be without my charger again.

If I get in the car I stop and check for phone, handbag, etc. I try to always have the phone fairly close because of my son. I’m sorry you had to make an extra trip for yours.
