I called the management office over 2 weeks ago about the fact that the dishwasher was leaking again. Yeah no one has showed up yet. That is absurd. In the meantime the kitchen light is now flickering like a strobe light, random screws have fallen out of the toilet, and a shelf in the cabinet has fallen. I am a patient person but 2 weeks is nuts. I called the management lady yesterday to follow up. Her answer "they are working on it". One of the maintenance guys quit and that is the excuse for why nothing is getting done. It is the same thing with the pool--"they are working on it". Um it is almost mid-June. Annoyed.

Screws falling out and shelves falling down. It sounds like you’ve had an earthquake. Either that, or your ex has been overly zealous with his love making when he comes over.

I was going to suggest her ex needs to tone it down a bit if screws are falling out and cabinets are falling.
