no capital letters

I hadn't noticed it
something bad has happened
apart from when I type the I , I am not getting capital letters for some reason
it's after an update and it doesn't look the same now either
yvonne said she doesn't know what colour underwear she has on but that's another post
nor does she know about keyboards
must be something wrong with settings but I can't find what
any ideas anyone

I don’t know what phone you are using but my iPhone keyboard has the up arrrow. If you press it twice you’ll get all caps. Press it once and you can do one capital letter.

the up arrow I think is shift to make letters big and then back to small and the button has gone that's why no big letters

this has been an ok phone for almost 4 years
it did an update a short time ago and something bad happened to it
