After having a lifeguard there over the weekend management sent out an email this morning saying that it isn't opening until the 22nd. Apparently it hasn't been inspected by the health department yet. To add insult to injury they are charging us $50 again after opening it 3 weeks late. 
So that is annoying. I wanted to go over there today but it is best that I can't since I've got to get going on that cake for work. Going to have to wait until Monday to get back in the pool.

Breathe..zen..it isn't the end of the world, although annoying If it were me I would ask some of the other residents who are big on the pool to talk to manager together and ask that the 50 dollar fee be pro rated for the times you haven't been able to use the pool. I hope it passes the health inspection!

Is there normally an official opening date? You would think that all the requirements to open would be done in advance of this date. It seems to be a very disorganised setup there.
