Back from yoga and a score

So, friend is coming tomorrow and I picked up a couple of things he likes to eat at Food Lion. He simply has to have low calories orange juice and yogurt as well as bananas but I have those. He also goes for blueberries but they weren't on sale. While I was there I noticed they had those huge planters of flowers one and a half gallons for 6,99 again. They were bursting with blooms, and there are enough in there to transplant some beside the walkway. Maybe in the back too..after I load myself up with tick spray. After Thursday the weather looks really nice..so maybe can get that done this weekend. How is your day going?

Possibly but we do basic stuff there. I am reasonably flexible though, and think I have done it in the past.

I like it OK, but they have a monopoly in this region. You have to drive 45 minutes for like a Kroger or Aldi or Trader Joes or something

@snowy22315 Sounds like Walmart here, we have like five of them. One costco, George says we have a trader Joes, but we've never been in it. I think we have a Croger, too. And I'm starting to think we're getting over run with Aldi, because they bought Winn-Dixie, and now we've got one Winn-Dixie left.

That's nice that he is coming to visit and that you got some things for him to eat. We love blueberries. I have some dried blueberries that we put on our oatmeal, they are so good. My cousin brought them to us this last spring, tiny little wild blueberries that are so good.
Wednesday the weather people are saying we could be blasted by yet another massive storm/tornadoes/hail/wild winds...take your pick. Time will tell.

It's that time of the year. Friend would be here all the time if I let him. Not interested. Son doesn't want him driving down on weekends anymore due to traffic issues

I didn't think it got that cold where you are. Rug up is another expression American's don't use, but Canadians do..Go figure.

Not very..it is chair yoga..so how hard could it be? I would rather do light yoga..but this is free..and close by
