Happy Thursday Everyone! it's a cloudy morning with rain on and off with thunderstorms in the forecast, It's also quite a bit windy. I woke up suddenly this morning and it's so funny that most of the time it will be a nose that wakes us but today it was the silence. I have a fan going in my room all night and it's not too noisy but it's noisy enough to keep me from hearing outside noises. The power went out, my fan went off and the sudden silence woke me up Thankully the power wasn't out for long and I was able to brew my pot of magic beans. Just the thought of not having coffee was scary Since the power had gone out it's going to be one of those days where you constantly expect it to happen again. So, I got as much done this morning as I could "just in case" Now I have some time to spend here but if I suddenly disappear you'll know why! A quick update on our pup Mush who had surgery yesterday. She's sleeping right now after a restless night. She can't get her pain pill until dinner time so I hope she gets some decent sleep today. Poor little thing. I feel so bad for her being so old (16 yrs) and probably wondering "what the heck happened" Hope your day is off to a good start or ending on a positive note.
