It has been a great day here today.
I got some cleaning done after work, walked to the grocery store for some fresh peppers and boiled some macaroni noodles.
I try to have a no-cook supper about once a week, and today is 'that' day.
I have creamy macaroni salad in the fridge right now with those fresh goodies that I picked earlier. I always boil extra pasta, as the girls just love it. I had some frozen browned up ground beef in the freezer that I added to some marinara sauce and mixed that in with their pasta for their lunch tomorrow.
Otherwise, we will have wraps with fresh deli meats and cheeses.
I will just have a wrap since I am eating a little bowl of potato chips as I watch the soccer match. It has been a good game, but it does not look promising for a win for Team Canada for this one.
What are you up to?

@wolfgirl569 I hope that the next rainy day you can brown up some ground beef and freeze it on a cookie sheet and then keep it in a freezer bad, then you will just have to thaw it zap it to warm in the microwave for your salads. I swear by doing that.

Those no cook dinners are always a thumbs up for me. Lately we've been grilled up chicken and then having it with Caesar salads for dinner. Easy Peasy!
I haven't really followed the soccer World Cup series but it certainly is popular and getting a lot of attention here in the US. I see updates every morning on my local tv station while I have my coffee

You were feeling lively I guess. I just had a salad and some fruit and am now chilling again. I am watching a murder case on TV that my dad has a personal connection to. It was big news in 1975 when I was still living in Erie. A young girl was killed by her teacher. My dad used to play with that guy when they were both about kindergarten age. He said he was just a normal little kid...no trace of the evil he turned out to have in him.

I had a frozen waffle with American cheese and a spice pork sausage patty on it like a sandwich.
