Rain, Wonderful Rain

I woke up with leg cramps this morning but didn't care. It was raining and so comfortable. I think the sudden change in the weather caused my cramps. I got them walked out and then slept wonderfully.
The humidity is now climbing again outside. But it's not supposed to get as hot today. And possibly more storms this afternoon. I would love a good noisy one.
Still not going to do much. But I might get a little work done today. Hope you have a good day.

I hate having leg cramps, they can be so painful.
Not as hot today here as it has been--but of course after yesterdays thunderstorms we have lots of humidity that makes it feel way hotter than it is. More thunderstorms this evening, should be a cooler night, a least I hope so.
Glad to know you are not going to do a lot of projects today. Rest up and you can tackle it all on another day!

But that sudden pressure change made them more bearable.
The humidity built back up here too. Still no rain. I am hoping soon. Do finally see clouds.

We didn't get all of the thunderstorms Sunday that were predicted, but we did get two short ones. So even though it wasn't as hot, yep--it was still humid. I didn't get much done today. Phone kept ringing, etc. or son needed something, but hey...I'm still here.

I get them at times. But not usually in both legs. The first few steps were fun because of that

Leg and arm cramps are usually caused by being too warm and cooling off too fast. When I get cramps, I ask Pretty to bring me some pickle juice from the fridge. I drink one or two swallows of it and the cramps immediately go away.
I opened my bedroom windows while it was storming last night. It felt nice!

I have that same problem when a rainstorm comes through and then the next day I have a little trouble walking for a little while due to the weather changes.
