Some Kind of a Summer

Last night I was searching through YouTube and found that old show "This Is Your Life," where a celebrity is celebrated and surprised by their family and friends. I chose to watch the show celebrating my teen idol David Cassidy. After his teen idol days life got kind of tough for him. It reminded me that even for those who seem to have it all, not everything every time works out just fine. It was sad when he left this world. One of his songs, "Some Kind of Summer," reminds me very much of my own summer memories, and listening to it I can see my own life and times before my eyes.
