Today I rest. Do you ever give yourself a day of rest?

Yesterday's music gig was great.The place was packed, and the audience was really responsive.
Today I rest.
I'll attach my Pancho and Lefty, which Michael and I recorded several years ago.
Jack "forgot" to put it on the set list, but we had several requests for it, so Jack (our fearless leader) finally let me do it.
Today I have no errands I have to run. No band practice or anything.
Do you ever give yourself a day of rest?

Yes, I get to rest almost every day after I do the housework... When I couldn't walk by myself the other day, I asked Pretty to wash the dishes she had brought out of her bedroom. She said she would later in the day. I finally washed them yesterday.

Actually, yes, today is a rest day for me. I slept half the day away, now I'm just relaxing. Of course, I was up for over 24 hours prior to this rest day.

@TheHorse - What, while I was up for all that time? I went on two bike rides totalling 33 miles, and spent all day on a photo project for our Project Hero Facebook page. Today? I haven't done a damn thing.

This one I like. I keep trying to convince myself to just go back in time and take a half day to lie on the sofa and watch again the Disney cartoon movie videos I have collected and i have a lot, That used to amuse me but I have not done this in a long time and always seem to be pushing myself to do things online,
