Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 66 degrees F and getting light here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 79 which is a little low for the end of July but hey at least it isn't rain or snow. Yesterday was NOT a fun day. I woke up, drank a bottle of water, and then took my medicine. Yeah that stayed down for about 10 minutes and then came back up. I went back to bed until my neighbor rang the bell around noon and woke me up. We chatted for a bit and then all of a sudden I had to run to the bathroom to puke. I hadn't had anything to eat or drink so it was mostly just dry heaves. When she left I was up for a bit but I still couldn't keep either water or ginger ale down. So around 3 I went back to bed. I woke up around 6pm, tried the water again (no joy), and the neighbor (adults and kids) were outside playing, yelling, etc. I took a sleeping pill, did 2 yoga nidra sessions, and then fell back asleep. I was up a couple of times to use the bathroom but then slept unti 6am. I've never slept that much in one day before. I did drink some water during the night and was happy to see that it stayed down. I'm drinking a ginger ale now. I feel better which is a good thing because my legs were starting to cramp up from dehydration last night. I get these days where everything is just awful. My downstairs neighbor is coming up today to clean my apartment. I had a regular cleaning lady do it every other week for years but she vanished after my spa vacation. I was complaining about it to her (neighbor) and she said she would do it as she really needs the money. She kept asking if I would be at the pool. I don't know if she is embarrassed or just wants me out of the way but I have stuff I need to get done around here. If anything I'll go to the pool later on in the afternoon. Those are my super-exciting big plans for the day. What's everyone else up to today?
