I just tried chocolate avocado pudding / myLot

I knew it was a thing but I'd never had it before. After dinner I opened up the fridge up here to get a container of fruit. There was plenty of chunked fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon) and there were containers of chocolate avocado pudding. I decided to give it a whirl. It is actually pretty good. You can tell that there's something a little different about it but if I didn't tell you then you wouldn't know that it contains avocado. I don't want to eat much of it though because chocolate gives me nightmares. Would you try chocolate avocado pudding?

I would certainly try it ….it sounds delicious …..I only found out the other day …..via @Fleura …..that you can cook with avocado….

I have made that very tasty pudding many times. I use just dates for sweetener. Slurp of milk of your choice, cocoa, ripe avocado and soft chunks of dates. Blend it up!! YUM.

I’d definitely try it. I’ve wanted to try avocado ice cream since Tom Brady’s declaration that was his only in season dessert, but chocolate avocado pudding is something I’d try too.

I love chocolate but don’t like avocado, so I’d probably plump for the chunked fruit. Then I’d probably reward myself for eating healthy by devouring a chocolate bar later.
