I got into bed last night around 11 PM. Decided to go on my phone for a few minutes. Next thing I knew it was around 12:30 AM.

I got some help to sleep
And I'm guessing I did sleep well
Woke up at just before 1am and remembered Amazon were coming so I stayed up

I never meant to stay up so late last night
It just happened
And when I did go to bed I could not sleep
1am is a most reasonable time to go to bed
Although at 1am here the best television shows are on and we sit up watching on our smart TV quite often

& that's if I get a 4 hr nap in around 1pm.
