Ugh. They do them every Monday and Friday. Instead of something holistic like meditation or acupuncture we all get hauled into the large group room so go over the rules. I think twice a week is a bit excessive especially when people have already been here for weeks. They should have an orientation for new residents and something else for everybody else.
Oh well. At least today is also sign up day. I want to sign up for the chiropractor and a massage on Thursday. That will give me something to look forward to before Saturday when I am outta here.

That does seem a bit like overkill for the meetings. Repeat and repeat.

I can understand why you'd be a little annoyed by that. After you've been there for several weeks, going over the same rules twice every week probably feels more like a requirement to sit through orientation than something particularly useful. An orientation for new residents and then occasional group sessions for everyone else would probably make more sense.

Twice a week sounds a little much, especially for people who have already heard the rules enough times to recite them in their sleep! ?? An orientation for newcomers and something more meaningful for everyone else would definitely make more sense.
At least sign-up day gives you something to look forward to. A chiropractor and a massage on Thursday sounds like a pretty good way to spend your last couple of days there! Then Saturday is freedom day—something tells me that’s going to feel even better. ??
