Well, that medicine for my mouth problems (after the pulled tooth) is really starting to work (the mouthwash especially), and as a result, I got five whole hours of sleep. Since that darn got pulled a week ago I’ve only been able to get three hours of sleep at night. I imagine as the antibiotic starts to work I’ll feel even better.

@ambiepam 11pm till 4 am - not bad. I used to be plagued with dental abscesses which were agony Of course they always happened at weekends. Once it started up just as I was about to board a plane from India to somewhere via Moscow - 14 hours including Moscow layover. I didn’t know how I was going to cope not being able to walk about or use any of my usual coping strategies. I was close to tears with the throbbing when we boarded and I leaned my head on the window beside me which was vibrating and should have scared me - the pain instantly abated when the vibrations got stronger as the engines started to roar. I stayed that way for six hours till we touched down in the snow in Moscow and the tooth behaved itself thereafter.

Not well, I woke up at 1 and 3 and sleep was intermittent after that. I managed to get enough though that I am not tired this morning. I wish I could stop waking up early. I really should go to bed later, but I am Soo ready for bed by 10 most nights. It just isn't that exciting hanging around here.

Just now
I'm about to head for bed. That's great that you got a decent sleep at last. I hope it continues.
