Real or Fake Tree / myLot

The holidays are getting closer, and we’re seeing decorations in stores everywhere. So, I was wondering, for those who celebrate or decorate for Christmas, do you use a real tree, or a fake one?

I've had a fake one for years and years. One year I hung a pine air freshener in the back of it so it smelled like a real one

Back when I celebrated I liked fake trees, probably for the convenience. But my girlfriends always wanted real ones, so we had real ones.

We use real ones since we own a small 'forest' . But I think the fake ones are ideal due to maintenance.

Over the years we have done both. Most recently we prefer an artificial tree. There are too many trees cut down and sadly, not replaced with new plantings. I do not miss the needles that fall from the real trees either, even well watered trees will drop needles.
