I had a successful weekend of hot sauce making and I'm very pleased how this batch came out. I thought it would be way hotter but it actually came out sweeter than expected with a fiery kick in the end. I managed to bottle up 12 hot sauces and this morning I started handing them out at work as if I were the Operah of hot sauces, safe to safe everyone got a bottle lol
I was able to test the sauce on some chicken drums and wings I grilled yesterday and it was the perfect amount of heat and flavor overall.

It came out sweeter than hot which was odd but good, my twins like heat and my son doesn't and he dabbed his wings in it a few times lol
