The son had two appointments today. We left in plenty of time to allow for traffic, etc. The first appointment was in a smaller town about 25 miles from home, but we know the way well as he has to go there fairly frequently. But of course since we left early, we ended up over an hour late. Two cars hit each other at an intersection about two miles from our destination and we were unfortunately in the line of the closing of the roadway while police, ambulances, etc. we’re doing their jobs of saving lives…we had to call and tell them where we were and that we couldn’t move. They were nice and we got in for the appointment. Then had to drive back into the city for the other appointment, but we made it on time. Sometimes, the best laid plans don’t always work out, do they? He should be done soon. He’s tired and so am I, for some reason the traffic is really bad today. Home will feel good when we get there later!!
