My sister was saying that's sad. I don't think so personally. She lived a long time, a disease free life..and if you are a believer which she certainly was she will go to heaven. If I was her close family I would feel blessed I had her so long We actually sat with her daughter and her hubby at the event last month .They were saying she had to be moved to a memory care unit recently because she had forgotten how to use the microwave. RIP Aunt Laura, on to the next chapter.

It sounds like she lived a good life, and she’ll have eternity living the best way possible.

Some people still feel sadness when a person passes away. It can still be hard to not have them anymore. Although she did live longer than most.

I am with you. 106 years is a long life. If she had spirituality and good health, she is blessed.

I agree with you. I don't think it's sad either. She has lived long enough, lived a life fully lived, and I'm sure she's going to heaven.

It sounds as if she had a wonderful life and she was blessed with family and friends. She will be missed, but you know where she is. You will see her again someday.
