Stupid pill. Needed pill. I want to smack it to see if it hurts! I felt better before I encountered the tiny yellow devil. I know. "For the greater good" and no, I am not stopping taking it. I am grateful that so far digestive issues have held off. Exhaustion and light headed feelings are not easy to deal with every single day. I am grateful that friend picked me up yesterday morning and took me to the pool. Still cold water but I worked out for 35 minutes. I will do that again tomorrow morning. I hate how this house is not getting picked up and cleaned as much as it used to be. But- today I did clean the cat pan and swept the dining room floor. AND I went down the steps outside and took that out to the toter. I also went through the motions of making sugar cookie dough. Later I will roll out simple cookies and bake them. Think about the bitty jolts of energy needed to get the bag of flour off the shelf, then the baking powder, get the butter from the fridge, the eggs, crack them. Make a decent dough by using the hands and arms. Today Autumn has rolled in with wind and gray rain filled clouds. I even turned the heater on for a bit. I'm pleased with what I have gotten done today. I hope you are having a good day.
