As you know, The Mister works away from home Monday to Friday, and on a Sunday I have to make a mountain of sandwiches for him to take away with him.
Once made I put them into a plastic bag. These are advertised as sandwich bags.
He keeps them in his coolbox / fridge for a couple of days so he likes them double wrapped, so I put them in a second bag
I make myself sandwiches for a couple of days at the same time , although I only put mine in one bag, as they are just kept in the fridge
I wonder when making sandwiches to take away from home, either for work or a picnic, what do you put your sandwiches in ?
A paper bag ?
Wrapped in foil ?
Cling film ?
A plastic box ?
Or .. maybe something else ?
Please let me know .....

It depends on how long I'll be away from home and how many sandwiches I am taking with me. If it's just a couple for that day at lunch and a break, then I seal the two sandwiches in a Ziploc bag. If I'm taking enough for several days, I put the sandwiches back into the bread bag I took the slices of bread out of and then use a gallon Ziploc bag to hold the bag of sandwiches.

I haven't had to carry a sandwich in a long time (I'm retired now) but I do remember using those sandwich bags. They worked out well to carry to work as long as my sandwich didn't get squashed somehow

@Marilynda ... I'm newly retired. When I make The Misters sandwiches I make enough for me for two days so that I don't have to think about making lunch ...it's already there. I love not having to think about what to have.

Generally plastic bags. I don't have any sandwich shaped containers. If I didn't have any plastic bags I would use aluminium foil.
