My main project from this Summer was the restoration of the bridge across my creek.
This mini-project was supposed to be in service of that larger project, but I decided not to use this tree for my joist/span.
This Douglas fir had fallen (actually just mysteriously leaned) across the dirt road to our neighbor's cabin, so I cut it away and then removed all of the branches.
It will be used in future projects.
If you look closely at the photo, you can see the orange saw I used for all of my cutting. I just left it stuck in there when I took a brief break to add a bit of oil to the blade.
How is your Friday shaping up? I am still "developing" photos from the trip.

@TheHorse My brother picked the groceries up from Walmart and brought them to us after Pretty ordered them.
Pretty bought an ebike to ride around town. The ebike can go about 30 miles an hour but doesn't require tags or license plate. (That's just under the limit that requires a driver's license or tags in Missouri.)

I’m so jealous you went to Montana. That is a dream of mine.
I had a doctor appointment this morning that went great. Unfortunately, the technician to fix my internet just got here, and he’s two hours late. On the positive side, it IS getting fixed. Even if I mainly use my phone for the internet anyway.

I thought Chris was coming down Friday, but one of his tires was leaking air. He did get it replaced and he is working toward getting the other three replaced this week. I hope he can come down this weekend.
