Thanks but no thanks, Indonesia! / myLot

It's terrible. It simply is terrible. Having acutely unhealthy air quality for several days now. We have to thank Indonesia for that. The forest and peatland fires there is causing the haze in my region. It's not really safe to be out and it is a must to wear a mask at least. The same is happening in Malaysia. They're affected too.

That’s like the Canadian wildfires affecting the United States. Last month the visibility was incredibly bad in New York, and the air quality was trash. It ended up reaching about six different states.

Yes it's truly awful. I have to wear a mask when going out. If not, I would cough. Air is terrible.

Please forgive our government for being so slow to address this situation; even disaster response efforts have been overwhelmed as the hotspots have spread, and some of the responders have fallen in the line of duty, one by one.
