My husband recently got obsessed with antioxidants and is researching way to maximise antioxidants in coffee. He found out that coffee from beans has the most antioxidants compared to already ground coffee.
So he bought coffee beans and a manual coffee grinder. Tonight he tried it and I can just feel like from now on coffee will be way better in my household.

@flapiz Yes, it is. I used to drink coffee when I was growing up. Mom kept a pot on the stove for anyone that wanted it. My first wife was allergic to the scent of coffee so I gave it up. After our divorce, I tried to go back to coffee but couldn't stand the taste anymore.
You're welcome.

Just try it when making a cup of coffee
1. Add 1/3 of hot water. Wait about 15-20 seconds. And Stir using spoon
2. Add another 1/3 of hot water. Stir again for 15-20 seconds
3. Add the last 1/3 of hot water. Don't forget to stir
Your coffee Will be the best

It’s nice to have something like that. I think I’ve seen the same equipment being sold in grocery stores. Your hubby is definitely on the right track having that equipment handy at home. I believe very few coffee lovers get their hands on that kind of grinder, as most are used to consuming the usual ground coffee.
