What sauce goes well with pork chops ? / myLot

So as you know, The Mister works away Monday to Friday ....he usually cooks for himself for his evening meal ....but he is looking for ideas... He has pork chops a couple of times a week but at the moment he has chips and mixed vegetables with gravy .... He is looking for another sauce to go with pork chops .... What sauce do you have with pork chops ?

I don't normally use sauces/gravies when I cook pork chops. I just dip the raw pork chops in an egg and milk mixture and then dredge them through flour and spice mixture before frying them.

@Marilynda1225 we have BBQ sauce in a bottle but it's really only to have about a tablespoon worth on the side . It's not really to cook in or smother over the top ....that's what he is looking for.

we do a mustard and cream sauce with ours sometimes, real easy and goes so good with pork chops. apple sauce is always a classic too if he wants something a bit different. hope he finds something that hits the spot!
