My friends are taking some of my junk.

Hello friends, I am more than tired. All this week several friends have come to take some of my things (now theirs) to their houses. That has meant appetizers, meals (once) and buying more groceries. It has also meant discovering that nobody wants some of the things I don´t care for either. All is tiring and I have in my living room some things that used to be upstairs. Tomorrow I will have to see what to do with them. I´ll tell you more about how things are getting on as soon as I know. Yesterday I gave away lot of vinyls from the time of my teens. I kept some although I don´t think that I have a record player for those old records any longer. Technology has made everything disposable, including songs and literature. Days are longer and warmer now. Spring is coming

The process of moving out and moving in with all the decluttering and disposing in between is really difficult but I'm glad you are doing it already

Maybe you can buy a record player when you get settled again.

Sounds like a lot of work but also kind of nice, giving things a new home instead of just tossing them. Giving away the vinyls must of been a bit bittersweet though, even if you can't play them anymore. Hope you get some rest soon and enjoy that spring weather coming in.

Once I gave away what I thought was good enough, I called someone to get rid of everything no one wanted. The guy did not even want to be paid, he told me he was going to sell my stuff.
