I know I frequently say I am not a day sleeper, but I stayed up past two this morning. Too much caffeine. Lawn guy wanted to do some extra work and so I had to be awake and here to discuss it and pay for it. When he was done, at about 11:30, I chose to lay down for a half hour power nap. It lasted over four hours. I went out later after coffee and ice cream and did a lot of laundry. My computer is giving me a few fits. Tomorrow is another day, hopefully nap free.

I am also not a day sleeper, but during the heatwave it happened that I went to lay on the bed "for a few minutes" and I fell asleep during one hour.

I always enjoy my daytime naps, although some of them do last quite a lot longer than I'd planned on taking. I took a nap yesterday that lasted from around 10 am until 9 pm when I woke up again.
